The roof hood is designed to fit a steel windscreen frame. The side hoods feature a specific cut-out to match the rear fins of the body side panels, characteristic of the earliest Méhari models. They are connected to the rear hood using turn-button fasteners, which also secure the side hoods to the vehicle's side uprights.

Le toit ne correspond pas aux fixations d'origine, il est donc difficile de bien le positionner et de le tendre , la bâche fait des creux partout, ce n'est vraiment pas un beau résultat.
