The mobile plate is a component of the front door lock mechanism on 2CV models fitted with the new-type lock introduced after 1972. This component is also fitted to Méhari models equipped with this type of lock.

This mobile plate ensures locking of the left-hand door and is part of the door closing mechanism. Designed to match the original mounting points, it allows for simple and precise installation.
