Brake pipe kit 08 mm Lockheed DOT 4 - stainless steel

This Lockheed stainless steel brake pipe set carries pressurised brake fluid through the various components of the hydraulic circuit. It is designed for vehicles equipped with front drum brakes using Lockheed or DOT 4 brake fluid. When the brake pedal is pressed, the pressure generated by the master cylinder is transmitted through the pipes to the braking components, allowing the brakes to operate.

The various pipes are positioned on the vehicle following the routing of the braking circuit. They connect the master cylinder to the various components of the front and rear braking systems and must be installed in their respective positions, following the designated routing on the vehicle.

During installation, each pipe must be correctly positioned with the appropriate seals and securely fastened to prevent rubbing, pinching or stress that could damage it. It is also important to check the tightness and sealing of each union before putting the braking system into service.
