Elastic bearing retaining ring with chamfer

The bearing retaining ring with chamfer is designed for use with the front layshaft bearing, ref. 1013724.

The bearing retaining ring without chamfer, ref. 1013950, is suitable for the old-type final drive shaft bearing, ref. 1013950.

Both retaining rings are used in particular with the 2CV 8x33 differential crown wheel and pinion set (ref. 1013825) and the Dyane 8x31 differential crown wheel and pinion set (ref. 1013824).

These parts are important when fitting a new crown wheel and pinion set or replacing the bearings. It is therefore essential to select the correct version, with or without chamfer, according to the bearing used.
