AK/Ami complete spring tube mounting kit

This kit includes the components required to secure and position the suspension spring canister on 2CV AK and Ami models. It provides the connection between the canister, the chassis and the various components of the suspension system.

The kit is fitted underneath the chassis, at the suspension spring canister. On these vehicles, the canister is mounted longitudinally and houses the springs that operate with the tie rods connected to the front and rear suspension arms.

Tip : before removing a suspension spring canister, note its position and the order of the various fastening components on each side. The system components are under tension from the suspension springs : any work requiring their removal must be carried out using suitable tools and ensuring that the system tension is correctly released.
