Exhaust pipe under body shell – stainless steel

This 304 stainless steel under-body muffler is manufactured from stainless steel sheet in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, in terms of assembly method, material and dimensions, in order to guarantee manufacturing quality and performance strictly identical to the original part. Designed to integrate perfectly into the original exhaust system, it ensures reliable and long-lasting operation.

Made from 304 stainless steel (AISI 304 – X6CrTi12), containing approximately 0.06% carbon, 12.5% chromium and titanium, this alloy is commonly used in automotive exhaust systems for its excellent mechanical properties. It offers very good tensile strength, high durability and excellent resistance to the mechanical and thermal stresses generated by exhaust gases. Its high corrosion resistance effectively protects the exhaust system against rust and external aggressions, even under demanding operating conditions, while its ductility allows precise forming without the risk of cracking.
