Exhaust pipe under gearbox 435cc – stainless steel

This 435 cc 304 stainless steel under-gearbox exhaust box, also known as an expansion chamber, is manufactured from stainless steel sheet in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, in terms of assembly method, material and dimensions, in order to guarantee manufacturing quality and performance strictly identical to the original part. Designed to integrate perfectly into the original exhaust system, it ensures reliable and long-lasting operation.

Made from 304 stainless steel (AISI 304 – X6CrTi12), containing approximately 0.06% carbon, 12.5% chromium and titanium, this alloy is widely used in automotive exhaust systems for its excellent mechanical properties. It offers very good tensile strength and high durability, while also providing excellent corrosion resistance, effectively protecting the exhaust system against rust and external aggressions.

With its remarkable shine, this under-gearbox exhaust box enhances the appearance of the vehicle and provides long-term protection against the effects of time. As the first element of the exhaust system, it collects gases from both cylinders at the outlet of the air heat exchangers and directs them through a single outlet to the muffler, then to the rear exhaust outlet of the vehicle.
