Rear 9 mm brake pipe (rear section)

This front section of the rear brake pipe (09 2/3) carries pressurised brake fluid from the master cylinder to the rear braking circuit. When the brake pedal is pressed. the pressure generated by the master cylinder flows through the pipe to the rear braking components.

This pipe is positioned along the vehicle's platform. It connects to the master cylinder and runs towards the rear to the fitting located on the left-hand side of the platform, where it joins the next section of the rear braking circuit.

During installation, the pipe must be correctly positioned with suitable seals and securely fastened to prevent rubbing, kinks or stress that could cause damage. The tightness and sealing of the connections must also be checked before the braking system is put into service.
