Complete banjo brake tube connector pack

This complete banjo brake pipe kit replaces all the rigid pipes in the braking circuit and carries pressurised brake fluid between the various components of the system. When the brake pedal is pressed, hydraulic pressure flows through the pipes to supply the vehicle's various braking components.

The different pipes are positioned throughout the 2CV braking circuit, following the routing of the original rigid pipes. The kit recreates the braking circuit and provides the various connections to system components, including the master cylinder, distributor and wheel cylinders. The banjo unions connect the different pipe sections to the corresponding components of the circuit.

During installation, each pipe must be fitted in its correct position, following the original routing. The banjo unions must be fitted with the appropriate seals to ensure a leak-tight circuit. The pipes must also be positioned without pinching, rubbing or excessive stress that could damage them. Once the complete set has been installed, each union must be checked for leaks before putting the braking system back into service.
