Fully reconditioned Mehari engines

Unlike the 2CV, which has had several generations of Citroën engines, the Mehari has had just one engine throughout its history: the famous 602cc flatwin. You'll find exclusive 602 cm3 engines (ref 1012100) in our shop, entirely reconditioned in our workshops using Citroën's historic machine tools.
Our Engine and Cooling section also sells individual 602cm3 components for more targeted repairs and renovations. It also includes everything relating to the oil circuit, breathers, the cooling circuit and the various engine seals.

Engine peripherals dedicated to ignition

Two specific sections present all the parts for the 'ignition of the Mehari engine' in the broad sense of the term, which is powered by a 12 V supply. The first covers all the ignition coils, Mehari electronic ignitions and ignition systems, spark plugs and supply wires, as well as their various accessories.
The second section covers alternators and starters for the Mehari, with additional accessories for fixing them in place and ensuring they work properly: alternator fuses, alternator belts, brush holders, starter carbon brushes, etc.

Fuel tank, carburettor, filters, everything for the Mehari air and fuel system

Short tailpipe and silencers

Unlike the 2CV, Dyane and Ami, which generally had a long tailpipe located at the rear of the bodywork, the Mehari has a short tailpipe positioned in the left rear wheel arch. Our site sells a wide range of parts for the Mehari exhaust system, from complete exhaust kits/lines in steel or stainless steel to the various silencers and tubes that make it up: the muffler under the gearbox, the muffler under the bodywork, the intermediate tube, as well as brackets and clamps.
