Right front banjo brake tube connector

This front right banjo brake pipe carries pressurised brake fluid to the front right wheel cylinder. When the brake pedal is pressed, hydraulic pressure flows through the pipe to the wheel cylinder, allowing the front brake to operate.

This pipe is positioned within the braking system of the front right wheel. Equipped with a banjo union, it is specifically designed to connect the front right wheel cylinder on the relevant 2CV models.

During installation, the pipe must be correctly positioned with the appropriate seals to ensure a leak-tight banjo union. It must also be installed without pinching or excessive stress that could damage it. The circuit must be checked for leaks before putting the braking system back into service.
