Return of order

For any return for replacement or refund:

 
Return the product concerned in new conditions, complete, with its accessories, in its original packaging, enclosing a copy of the relevant purchase invoice.
 
Comply with the 14-day legal deadline (365 days for Club card holders) for undertaking your return.

Processing time for returned orders

We will process your request upon reception and verification of the returned goods. The processing time is 10 working days from reception in our warehouse.

If an item does not give you complete satisfaction, you can return it to us within 14 days after reception of your package (365 days for Club card holders). You can return one or more parts, or even your entire order, in order to receive a refund.

  • The return costs are payable by the customer.
  • The article must be returned to us in new condition, complete, with its accessories, and in its original packing, failing which a penalty may be applied or the replacement or refund may be refused. It is therefore essential that:
  • The part must be in perfect condition (unused and free of assembly marks)
  • The part must be returned with its original packaging (intact, unmarked or without taping)
  • The parts or accessories you are returning must be placed in a re-shipment box with a copy of the corresponding purchase invoice. If a parts kit is returned, all parts in the kit must be returned to qualify for replacement or refund. Heavy or fragile parts must be stowed so that the entire consignment is properly immobilized and suffers no damage during shipment.
  • Compliance with the 14-day period (365 days for Club card holders) for the return of items for replacement or refund is obligatory. No return beyond this legal period will be accepted.

For a replacement

Articles are replaced with similar items having an identical designation, and according to stock availability. If replacement proves impossible, we will provide a refund for the product.

In the case of a replacement due to a product defect, an assessment of the item in question is undertaken by our staff before proceeding with a standard replacement or a refund.
 

For a refund

Upon reception of your package, you will be contacted by our After-Sales Service, which will offer you a credit or a refund. The credit or refund will be available within an average of 21 days after reception of the part in our warehouses.

  • In the case of a refund: you will then be refunded, depending on your original means of payment, by cheque or by a credit transaction on your bank card.
  • In the case of a credit (the fastest repayment method): your account will be credited with the amount refunded if you have used a purchase coupon for the payment of your order, or if you request one.

Exception to the right of withdrawal

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made specifically according to specifications provided by the customer or that are evidently personalized (example: registration plates, special paint or upholstery, etc.).
